Smart-Bins agrees to offers it’s services as outlined in this website to the best of our ability, our prices are clearly displayed for our wheelie bin cleaning services on the website.  We will endeavour to clean your bin ahead of payment where this arrangement is suitable for the customer.  We will visit your premises to collect payment following each clean.  Alternatively you can pay for our services up front, locking in the price for the duration you are taking up our services.  

Payment can be made by credit or debit card in person or online.  We also accept cash, cheque and bank transfer, please contact us for bank details.  We reserve the right to remove services and increase prices for those customers who are not currently in contract with us for regular cleaning.  We require to be paid in advance of at least six cleans following the first clean, all payments are to be made within five (5) working days.

Our hours of business are 08:00 until 17.00, Monday to Friday, we define working days as covering the working week (Monday to Friday).  On occasion we may work additional days over the weekend, we reserve the right to change our days of business in line with these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to increase our prices for those customers who are not within an agreed contract.  We will update pricing via our website and will communicate any increase to our customers.

We offer our cleaning services using the latest state of the art waste management systems.  We acquire cleaning supplied from sustainable vendors.  Our waste disposal practices are in line with Northumberland Country Council regulations.
